Wine

The twelve and a half hectares of vineyards allow us to produce three wines, result of a unique land and climate: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva and Luigi Maria.

Olive Oil

In our olive groves we grow mainly three varieties: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. They are among the most typical olive varieties of Tuscany.
Our extra virgin cold pressed oil is 100% natural. It is stored and bottled by us. We use only the best olives for our final product.

Fattoria Cerbaia

Located between Florence and Siena, Fattoria Cerbaia offers a splendid and wide panorama full of vineyards and olive trees. In addition to the production of wines and olive oil we offer the possibility to stay in two cozy and comfortable vacation apartments. In any season, Cerbaia is a perfect starting point to discover the wonders of Tuscany.
